Dunno if it's just the relaxed pose but pretty much everything overshadows your lats so fucking hard. I would definitely improve them next bulk unless it's a bad pic.

Your obliques and your abs are ridiculous.

I have kind of the opposite problem. I have bat wing lats but almost no obliques. This gives me a ridiculous chest to waist ratio (like 44 to 29 right now) but it makes my abs look really weak IMO so I've added some weighted oblique exercises to this bulk, plus some weighted ab stuff and of course I started deadlifting a few months ago which I hope will help.

I've been hammering my back, I just got blessed with high lats so until I grow em out more theyre gonna get overshadowed

They look alright in a lat spread, but goddamn.

My waist is down to a 28 (coach measured it) but my hips are so wide that its sort of moot, haha

Not insisting your back workout is the cause of your under-developed lats, but would you mind sharing your back workout? I'm curious.

Well, serious about the cereal in that you have given a lot of thought to the list that you made but didn't include that you ate what I'm assuming is a boxed cereal that's probably more than just rice or whatever. Especially if you think the almond milk makes you sick and you ONLY have it with the cereal, there could be an additive in your cereal that bothers you.

Anyways, thinking about it, and forgive me if you've figured this out already, I didn't think many whey-based protein powders have lactose? This could be purely a semantics issue, but lactose is strictly the sugar in dairy. Whey and casein are proteins in dairy, and it sounds like you're dairy intolerant and not just lactose intolerant. If you're only lactose intolerant, lactose-free milk shouldn't bother you, or taking a lactaid before eating any dairy should alleviate your symptoms.

If the almond milk bothers you, but regular almonds don't, it could be the carrageenan that you have an issue with. I know some people think that stuff's pure poison, but I suspect most of those people probably genuinely have their own digestion issues from it. It might be hard for you to find a milk replacement that doesn't have carrageenan to test.

Whey still bloats and causes indigestion and upset stomach. I stated previously that my shakes are made with almond milk and vegan protein. I read ingredients on everything I eat, the cereal I eat has nothing in it that would have a negative effect on me.

About the lactaid, I'd rather just avoid dairy. It's not difficult to avoid dairy. In the end, I had a stomach flu. It was impossible for me to tell after being sick for a year. I just assumed it was dietary. I'm alright now.

@ 178.5 lb http://i.imgur.com/XVik6TN.jpg

Dat lean bulk.

Current lifts: Deadlift 335x5. Goal: 405x5 by 2014. Added 5 to this every session until I fail 5. Pretty sure I won't fail until at least 350, right now I know I can go so much harder on this.

Squat ATG (hams touch calves) 265x8, Goal 295x8 by 2014

Squat parallel 360x8, no goal.

Incline Bench 220x8, Goal 235x8 by 2014.
