Manga Translation Request

So I have a raw for a manga that I'd like translated. I'm not sure what I could offer, but I'd give whatever I can. I don't expect someone to actually edit all the pictures with the english translation. Perhaps just a textfile with a page number and frame label and then I could edit the pictures myself.
