That's an SM 3.95 theme emulating aspects of Mad Matt and Lara's new SM5 fork, codenamed "StomperZ". It has different grade weights, different timing windows, and a different life system than stock ITG. The life system is roughly twice as forgiving as stock ITG and also regenerates faster, so keep that in mind.

For anyone curious to try out this new play environment and read the details on its differences, here's the most recent version of the SM 3.95 theme:
