Hi everyone

I've played DDR for a while, but I never really got into playing it with fingers until about now. Lol so I'm pretty sucky atm but hopefully I'll get better with practise and help from you guys of the forum!

Some other things I do are origami (as obviously suggested by my username), speedcubing (though I suck at that too), and piano.

I guess I don't really have any questions, since I read over the FAQ and FFR dictionary and such. Yeah that's about it for my awkward intro

Some other things you're going to see people talk about that aren't in the dictionary:

Framers - A general term for uneven intervals between arrows in fast sections. This is a casualty of the technology used in the game's creation.

Anchors - Any repeated arrow in a pattern. Jump chains and crossovers are two specific examples.

Standalone (engine) - A way to play FFR without having a browser window open. Many players report that it reduces the frequency and severity of lag attacks if they play using one of these, though your results may vary.

Isolation (file) - A user-created level that replicates a specific section of another level.
