Part 1: Introduction

Welcome! My name is Maik and this is my very first tournament. This tournament is not an entirely new idea, but different than most. The object of the game here is to get as many goods as possible. There is a scoring system that will be the basis for ranking players in rounds. For example 1 good = 5 points... I will go more in depth with the scoring further into the post. I hope this tournament to be a fun and different experience!

IMPORTANT UPDATE PLEASE READ

There will now be no divisions, due to suggestions. I will see how the tournament turns out like this and consider it when making future tournaments.

*The song difficulty will range from Very Easy up to Very Challenging (Possibly FMO for final round). There will be NO token, skill, token, purchased, or secret songs in this tournament.

*There might be challenging and higher for tiebreakers.

Each round will go as follows:

1. Song and Tie Breaker songs will be posted at the top of the thread.
2. Max possible score will be posted next to the song in bold.
3. Every participant will be PM'd about the round start.
4. Each round will last 2 days!

Part 2: Scoring

The scoring in this tournament is mostly accuracy based with bonuses to combos. The scoring will go like this:

Perfect = + 1 Point
Good = + 5 Points (You want these!)
Average = + 2 Points
Miss = - 3 Points
Boo = - 1 Point

+ Points for # of Max Combo (100 Combo = +100 Points, 62 Combo = +62 Points, etc...)

Part 3: Submitting a Score

Note: If you do not submit a score you will be removed.

One of the most important things of course. Here is how I want scores to be submitted.

A screen shot of the score with your stats in the top right is what I want.

If you do not know how to take a screen shot or can not take a screen shot, I will accept replays of songs. If I found out you have cheated you will be disqualified immediately.

This example uses Excite Bike and the score is the highest possible score you can get for this song. 32 + 32(5) = 192 Points.

Part 4: Prizes!

Note: The list of prizes will change as I receive donations!

As of now, the prizes will go like this:

1st - 80,000 Credits - awein999
2nd - 40,000 Credits - sc979
3rd + 4th - 15,000 Credits - Jtehanonymous and retching oesophagus
5th - 5,000 Credits - Kotarouchan

Donations are very much welcomed and will make this tournament all the more exciting. Everyone that donates will be credited and very much loved!

If you wish to donate, please PM me that you did and send the credits to my account. Thank you!

If enough donations are received, I will consider making prizes for each individual round.

Sorry, but my policy is that everyone that does not submit a score will be removed. >.<

I might be more forgiving in the future but not for this tourney.

That totally stinks for Igro. He submitted, just not the right song. =/

Also, I think I'll be eliminated this round because as these songs get harder, it's exponentially more difficult for me to get goods and FC. xD

probably he saw I played emotions and assumed it was the right song...
