Re: I wish there was a way to revive the way this site used to be
okay, I'm going to remove Beta for the velocity engine link. R^2 wasn't meant to be a released engine tbh, it was more of a test for idea's. One of which was the UI design, which not many liked.
Also, replay images weren't created for the sake of public viewing, they were a small side project I put together to look over valid looking replays to see if they were cheated or not. |

I wouldn't mind it being an engine feature, so you could view or save a replay analysis from a button in the results screen. Then it would be a lot more streamlined, and cut out the work of the middle man. Although yeah, it was originally created for staff to catch bots, so something like a public release might not happen.

Alright. I'll respect that and leave it alone, since if you had any intention of releasing it to the public you would've just said so.

Another reason why it might not be public is because they don't want even a small piece of code being viewable to be used against the anti-cheat. It's better under private eyes, to be honest.

Re: I wish there was a way to revive the way this site used to be
I don't even ...
mfw people are satisfied with anything. Seriously people, the fact is this site came from a small engine to the site it is nowadays (for those of you nostalgic people remember the original FFR Engine :P ) There are songs of the week being released all the time. Official Tournaments being held as often as possible (even though we might need a new host next time *cough* krunky ban *cough*) More tokens being released and achievable. The list goes on and on and on. If you want the traffic of the site to be what it was previously you're crazy. Simply crazy. I MUCH rather have the traffic the way it is now then have 13/14 year old "ashlynn stars" running around asking for a jail bait **** every now and then ..... now if they were 18 maybe but .... FFRadultfriendfinder.com LULZ ANYYYYYYYYway. Just kidding though seriously. Leave the site the way it is and progress from within with what we have right NOW, not what we had back then. We are all part of the revival community and we are the basis for the continuation of what is to come for this site. EDIT: And I'll say it for Velocity before he does: KRUNKY SHUT THE **** UP yes sir |

Stop living in the past, things are actually better now, but nostalgia makes you think otherwise
