Fallout 3
As seeing no one made this thread yet, I guess I will.
So anyone has it? I had the game for my whole self this week and I just finished the game about 2-3 hrs ago. (With Very Good Karma) I only did some sidequests so I re-started another game, so i can do the sidequest and save Big Town from the Mutants, since I didnt know that the mutants would come at a few hours (after I saved shorty and red). |

Re: Fallout 3
How long is this game, including every side-quest and possible optional "dungeons" (?), compared to Oblivion (including Shivering Isles, Knights of the Nine)?

Re: Fallout 3
I've been playing this game for about 32 hours or so now and I still haven't beaten it. Must be because I get sidetracked alot doing quests and picking up gear. Great game though I just massacred a town a few minutes ago haha!

Re: Fallout 3
The makers of the game stated that there is over 100 hours of gameplay. :O
It doesn't have support for my video card. This makes me sad. |

Re: Fallout 3
I love Bethesda, but the scaryness of it kinda keeps me from playing (even though I went to the trouble of buying it)
I hope I do muster up the bravery to finish it. It's a great game so far. |

Re: Fallout 3
Really long, if you tend to do every sidequests. And the dungeons are the tunnels I think. (Note the main quest is really short)

Re: Fallout 3
You can complete the game by like level 5. Really really short if you just do the main quests.
However, I'm level 20 now (highest level) and I've still not done half of the main quests. I've been milling around and discovering things and generally trying to get the most out of the game before I do complete it. Right now I've pretty much done all the side quests and explored 3/4 of the map. The game is huge, really really big. Only problem being, you could complete the game by only completing and seeing about 10% of it. Which is really annoying. The entire time I've been running about with the thought in the back of my head, "I could complete this game right now if I wanted". Kinda sucks some fun out of the immersion. Still I've really enjoyed the game so far.

Re: Fallout 3
Yeah I'm currently at level 17 and I have the enclave power armor one thing for me was to acquire the power armor. This game kicks ass I have 100 repair and 100 small guns and around 88 barter.
I don't have any worries about exploring and getting the most out of my weapons and armor. It sucks that you max out at around lvl 20 but I think it's mostly for replayability. Next time after I clear the game I'm going to try to go through totally unarmed.

Re: Fallout 3
I need to get my hands on this game but I don't have a computer that can support it and I've been told the PS3 version is a glitch-fest so I'm forced to wait until I can buy a new computer...which won't be soon since I'm only working part time >_<

Re: Fallout 3
I was too busy playing the game to make a thread.
Level 20, around 35 hours. Around half my stats maxed (I didn't really care to plan to get all maxed, just the important ones like Science / Lockpick / Small Guns / Repair). Have around 30/50 achievements, all the best weapons, 15/20 bobbleheads. Once I get the other 5 bobbles I'll be making a new character to get the achievements I missed but want to do with a different character. Though that's if I can stop playing Saint's Row 2 and Disgaea DS. |

Re: Fallout 3
Got everything from both the Ant chick and robot dude.
Only got Lincoln's repeater and the Mesmetron. Um like got v3 nuka grenades and a deathclaw hand weapon thing. I wouldn't exactly call them secret though. There are quite a few. I've probably sold most of them.
