Multiplayer Bugs

As you know MP has been down for quite some time. Here are some questions I have been wanting to know:
1.When will they be fixing MP?
2.On velocity when will the MP level be fixed?
3.Is it possible for there to be any other links to play MP?

When I played a multiplayer match the other persons combo and accuracy would be on my side of the screen. I play with combo off, and accuracy on. Don't know if that has to do with anything.
