In a search for a stand-up movie I watched...
I watched a documentary/stand-up routine of a famous actor whom had passed away and is name escapes me but maybe if you have seen it on netflix you can help me.
from what I remember: He died at an older age, this film was the last time he was filmed. His father denied to work with walt disney because "no one watches cartoons" or something of the sort He talks about how a famous actor (at the time ) was teaching how to act and he was one of his students. Tells the audience on how many times he had moved from his own home to his aunts house. I know its vague and all but I haven't seen this in like a year so my memory is really fuzzy. if you have questions please ask and I can try to answer with what I remember. Please help! D: |

Quote:
Performing on stage with a lot of props, one was a podium, a couch with a newpaper on it. -It does mention in the film that he had passed away and that this was the last time he was publicly recorded -If i wasn't more clear on his father but his father was a famous animator already. -It did show him as a guess star in a TV show in the film. -Talks about his experiences in the great depression -I believe he was gay ( or I did some researching about him and found out that he was ) |
