After doing some speed training to get myself back to where I was, I ended up improving more than I ever have. I'm honestly speechless how I even got one or two of these scores.

I don't get how you can't AA polaris and AA oial, i nearly sdcb'd polaris a year ago when i was in prime stamina shape but i had trouble AA'ing once in a lifetime

I think it's the right hand trill issue I still have. My right hand honestly has trouble trilling faster than 220 at times, while my left can do about 300, so dense stuff feels awkward for me at times and I have trouble doing it. OIaL is more overall stamina oriented while Polaris requires more one hand trill stamina, so I'm better at files like that.

oh makes sense, i guess onve in a lifetime has more 2 hand trill stuff (which you can do relatively effortless cause of index technique) so you can play that file way less strained than polaris

Yeah, I have to strain my hands at times for Polaris. I just need to play stuff that has one hand trills on the right hand more because it's getting to the point where I can't play certain songs because of it, haha.
