2 out of every 3 days
bench/ohp + accessories, squat/dl + accessories, rest or alternatively: shoulders/chest/tricep, back/legs/arms/abs, rest I don't like PPL because separating legs into its own category is unnecessary and because some of the useful compounds that train legs also train abs and arms (deadlifts, e.g.) and some of the compounds that train legs also train back and abs (squat) each workout is about 2 hours and I've tweaked volume to make sure I'm fully recovered by the time I work that muscle group again Last edited by Arch0wl; 04-24-2015 at 12:26 PM..
