the longest I've played is duk's the glass prison, that's 13 minutes 24 seconds. haven't yet gone for a dungeon.1 oni pass (which would be 17 minutes)

played Ayu Trance 2 which is about 38min

And the longest incompleted file iv'e attempted to play is my 1hr 54min file hehehe i made it through 40min

The longest file I've played is DDR Extreme Nonstop Megamix (song is 40:23). It was a pad file so it's pretty easy for keyboard. I don't think I've actually downloaded a longer stepfile.
