Umm... there are two other posts that have the names of the people in the tourney on them.
The first post is for people to check up on who they're playing, just click the name and it will take them to their FFR profile.
The second post is the point system which shows how many points each person has...

Here is an explanation of each one:
User Name: What's your FFR user name?
FFR Rank: What is your FFR Overall Rank?
Best Song: What is your best song (just guess)?
Highest FC Difficulty: What is the highest level of difficulty that you can FC any song in?

Style of Tournament: All of you will be split up into groups (I have not decided what the groups should be at this second) where you will be playing people of your own level of skill (I will try to measure your skill the best I can by how many AAA's you have, your average level rank, your overall rank, how many games you've played, etc...). A bunch of songs will be chosen for each group to play.The goal is to get the highest total score that you can to get a good rank (like in a car racer, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, going all the way to how many people are in that group) in the song. Each rank with give you an amount of points. The points will be added to your standings like tier points. The songs will be updated weekly I believe and if you do not submit a score for that song then it's an automatic 0 points.
Here's the point system:

Point System

1st Place - 20 Points
2nd Place - 18 Points
3rd Place - 16 Points
4th Place - 14 Points
5th Place - 12 Points
6th Place - 10 Points
7th Place - 8 Points
8th Place - 6 Points
9th Place - 4 Points
10th Place - 2 Points
11th and on - 0 Points

The Groups:
Group 1
- Songs will be in Master's Only, Very Challenging, and Challenging.
- Will earn about 50% of the pot.
- Most people under the rank 1000 will be in this group.
Group 2
- Songs will be in Very Difficult, Difficult, and some Tricky.
- Will earn about 30% of the pot.
- Most people under the rank 4000 and over 1000 will be in this group.
Group 3
- Songs will be in Standard and Easy.
- Will earn about 20% of the pot.
- Most people over the rank of 4000 will be in this group.
