TWG XLI: Postgame
GAME'S OVER; HUMANS WIN.
Here's the roles: Kilgamayan - Kamikaze, killed Night 4. Afrobean - Human, killed Night 2. Stoic RoivaS - Seer, won the game. Rioting - Wolf, lynched Day 4. talisman - Blue Miller, killed Night 1. Tokzic - Human, won the game. FoJaR - Kamikaze, vigi'd Night 4. iggymatrixcounter - Blue Miller, killed Night 3. roundbox - Wolf Seer, lynched Day 1. Shashakiro - Human, won the game. Omeganitros- Red Miller, lynched Day 3. Wilkin - Wolf Vigi, lynched Day 2. JurseyRider734 - Seer, won the game. xObserveRx - Human, won the game. nforcer06164 - Red Miller, won the game. blahblah 18 - Wolf Vigi, kamikaze'd Night 4. Immaculate job: luck Decent job: humans (minus nforcer and iggy), wolves. Dual mvp: iggymatrixcounter and nforcer06164 nforcer for being the perfect miller; iggy for turning the lynch around from nforcer (red miller) to wilkin (wolf vigi). - Overall, I'd say the game isn't too out of balance. If it were played again, I'd suggest changing the normal wolf to master, or something else to give the wolf team an advantage. Worth noting, jurs hit three reds on the first three nights, which was a 3.3% chance (after factoring in the death of roundbox on d1) I believe. Pretty slick. Unfortunately, night two and three were both millers. The night with three kills: Fojar was vigi'd, kilga was nked (both kamikazes ROFL) and blah was taken out by kilga with a die roll. I'll have more to add later, I'm sure. Discuss. |

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
Watching the game from the outside, Omega actually turning out to be a miller surprised me. I believed Nforcer, but the chance of seering consecutive millers was pretty low, which is why I didn't believe Omega right away.
This was definitely an interesting game to watch.

Shash had a nice 1 post per day/night cycle average going on, by the way.

...which wasn't surprising, because every time he posts he usually just casts suspicion on himself, and he finally realized it and figured out that the best way to stay alive as a human was to keep his mouth shut, haha

Hehe, that didn't go well for us wolves. A wolf died all but the day omega was lynched.

OH MY GOD. WOW. I AM SO. SO. AMAZED.
Iggy trusting me. Everybody letting me live another day... then another day... I can't believe, after being seered red, I was allowed to live. I love you guys. This game was amazingly fun. The extra adversity from being seered red just made it all incredible. Iggy, I owe you one, man. Your sacrifice helped us win the game. I'm just glad I turned around instead of giving up. Wow. Wow. WOW.

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
Wow, how lucky did we get, eh? Red, red, red, red. Omega really was a miller. Hahaha. Now I can say, I TOLD YOU SO. It was stupid to trust Omega, I admit it. But, as I said, I was being perfectly honest all game. Thanks for trusting me and seeing it through, guys.

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
I'd like to thank the C4 charges in my pockets and under my jacket.
Also, sorry for being pathetically inactive. I was originally planning on being nore active than normal so I would hopefully get shot (because every time I pay attention I'm a special role!) but the week from Hell reared its ugly head and bit mine off. 8)

also I forgot about the deadline, but wouldn't have voted for nforcer. I won't be joining any of these till this tourney is over...it's time-consuming.

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
I'll post some more when I'm not in the middle of something.
I owe jurs an appology. I changed my story on her last minute so I'd live through the night that was coming up so I could check her. A lot of things fit really well with her being a wolf and she sounded pretty suspicious in the bit we talked. Glad it worked out in the end.

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
Oh, and I was sorely tempted to tell FoJaR to have Jurs seered because of the way she was seething at me to change from nforcer to Omega for no really good reason.
Glad I got lazy and didn't rofl

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
jurs had already come to me, and it was really hard to trust her because she'd seered all reds.

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
You don't need a seer to fake a seer, you already know who's human and who isn't. >_>

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
Well, imagine a wolf goes to a seer and says "sup".
OH HAY THERE SEER #3.

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
No wolves faked seer because if the wolves hit a red miller, they would see them as green and a human seer would see him as a red. Getting caught in a lie was too great.
I'm still laughing at my sacriface to stay alive completely being turned around and killing me in the end. Pretty glad I went over fojar's head to do that. I think this game would have been completely different if fojar was vigi'd and i was wolfed day2. That would have lost the seer connection and would have been interesting. In retrospect, having two seers is way too powerful. Should never happen again unless there's a huge handicap on it. Quote:

Re: TWG XLI: Postgame
The thinking was that if we ran into a seer or miller it would get ugly. In retrospect, I think we should've taken the risk anyway. We were really unlucky with a lot of things though, hehe.
