id be willing to step anything with the best of effort if i was given the songs that were given permission i dont beleive in bul **** work if your gonna do it do it right

Haha Indeed I do, but meh, it seems too complicated. At least for now anyways. I need to make some time to figure out how to actually make a simfile.

It's not that complicated once you get the flow of how things are done comparing FFR to SM

So is everyone here agreeing that they actually need to get some permissions before ANY chances of a Metal sub/genre occurs?

That's most likely because there's so many metal songs, that it needs a section of its own before the rock section overflows. Essentially, metal still rooted from rock, which explains why some believe that it should just be considered a subgenre (or considered rock music altogether) for the purpose of efficiency.

Also, what in the hell makes you think that some store is going to make the FFR staff change the way they sort their music? THEY decide how to divide the genres, not some music store.

Do NOT start by making metal files. Metal is by far the hardest genre of music to step other than classical.

That's dumb. How is Children of Bodom, In Flames or Ozzy Osbourne ever going to accept to be in a flash game. Get some unknown local bands. My friend's band will surely accept if they release some demo. If you want some more metal songs, let's start at the beginning.

Seriously, Why the F*** is this such a complicated argument? They're aren't many Metal song because they are almost impossible to step if you're new to it. Plus, instead of talkin about it on this thread, why doesn't anyone step up and step something good already for Metal? BTW, Bark at the Moon isn't metal, and I personally think adding one DF song to FFR wouldn't hurt.

At least let them try and step some Metal songs, Tass will tell them what's wrong, and then they can choose to throw a pissy fit because they tried making a simfile for one of the hardest genres, or they can fix it. Simple as that.

They are NOT going to make a metal section. Metal is a form of Rock.

They will have Happy Hardcore and Trace sections long before a Metal Section.
