Eating breakfast
So I read this thread that asks fellow members of the community whether they brush their teeth before or after eating breakfast people sometimes people do things without thinking too hard about it. Some people said they didn't even eat breakfast in the first place, which I find weird because I always eat breakfast. It brings me a ton of energy for the day.
Do you guys eat breakfast? |

Re: Eating breakfast
I eat breakfast during the week, since I'm up at 6 and don't get to eat until 12, but on the weekends I don't eat it.

Re: Eating breakfast
For the first 4-6 hours of a typical day I just drink water.
You decide if that's a breakfast. |

Re: Eating breakfast
Breakfast every morning. If I'm in a rush, I still try to at least eat something small.

Re: Eating breakfast
I used to go a couple years without eating breakfast, but for the past couple months I've had much better days after eating breakfast. But the time where I'm most hungry is defs around night time. I just have food in my hands all the time now.

Re: Eating breakfast
Tea is my breakfast on days I have school, then I have one meal some time later in the day. On days without school I probably won't eat until like +5pm.

Re: Eating breakfast
On weekdays, I wake up with enough time to shower and get ready for class so I skip breakfast. On weekends I sleep in, so my first meal is lunch because of when I get around to getting out of bed and eating.

Re: Eating breakfast
the first meal of the day is always going to be your breakfast because you're breaking your fast. so technically everyone eats breakfast every day

On the days that I have classes, which is Tuesday and Thursday, I eat breakfast since I wake up at about 9AM. I don't eat it on any other day.

Re: Eating breakfast
I prefer also not to eat in the morning because my stomach is extremely sensitive or I just do not feel like consuming food.
