Re: My song, wanna step it?
It doesn't seem like anyone else wants to. This is the 2nd thread he's made about it, and this thread was made last septmeber.
Go for it That'd be awesome |

Re: My song, wanna step it?
50% done.
A little less rhythmically diverse than I originally thought, but still shaping up to be very fun. EDIT- Calling it quits for tonight. I have everything but one section done, didn't take too long. Any suggestions on a good free screen recording program? I'd be glad to post a preview on Youtube like wc does, but I'm not going to post the file because I intend on submitting it to FFR eventually. This actually turned out to be more of a high VC than the high FMO I was expecting. It's actually only 188.6 BPM, which translates to just 120-ish BPM 16th jumpstreams. Granted they are quite dense and there's some roll patterns that definitely make it a VC and possibly FMO, but it's really not as hard as I was expecting. I guess that's a good thing, more accessible file ftw?

Re: My song, wanna step it?
bleh, the electronic/piano ending is actually the hardest part for me to step. Hard to layer it properly, it feels empty if I just step the piano but waay too much if I put two melodies together. I'll finish it sometime though, gotta think about it for a bit. Rest of the file is fun though.

Re: My song, wanna step it?
Finished. A while ago.
I'll fraps it at some point (ty carlos for da program) and post, maybe tomorrow when I'm not super tired. Turned out pretty fun, might be a while before I can submit it because I have a TON of files ready to go into FFR but I will definitely try to send it in as soon as I can.

Re: My song, wanna step it?
herp de derp got around to recording this.
Sorry for the little bit of lag, my shitty laptop can't handle Fraps + Stepmania at the same time... Actually a pretty sick sightread for me, I usually am not this consistent on long files lol
