Alright, I finally got all the stuff mirrored! Some of them were already on SMO, but it looks like a bit were new entries, which is great! An asterisk denotes there was already an SMO mirror. Be sure to break up a pack name into main parts, and/or try removing abbreviation to ensure a pack is not listed. Otherwise minor naming discrepancies can prevent you from finding what you are looking for.

Sorry for the wait by the way, this batch of packs were pretty unforgiving. Had to fix the folder structure of basically every single one, had to download a new program just to deal with the .alz compression format (which luckily is now freeware because before it was a trial product), hell there was even an entire pack where every single song file was separately compressed. Anyway it's all nice and clean now, and everything is in a good old fashioned best quality compressed zip file on SMO.

Many if the Pad packs listed under compilations are actually individual efforts (including mine, Oh Henry! Mad Stamina). I'll make a list of what is incorrect if you REALLY want me to, for right now I am lazy.

I'd implore you to add Fraxtil's content to this, Your Streaming Again, and Tsunamix 1-3.

If you already have Fort Rapids 5 and 6, might as well add FR7. If you have Mozee Max Metals (which is actually an individual effort), you might as well add Tom's other packs, East Coast Violation, Dawn of Victoreaf, and Mozee Metal

Also, since you have OHMS, you might as well add Cranked Pastry. It's on Groovestats so it MUST be good. Right? Right??

a list would be helpful since I'm not really well versed or knowledgeable about what goes on in pad communities nowadays. quite frankly, if anyone who's super up to date on all the pad happenings that has the time and effort to sit down and help me sort the list better would be much appreciated (much like how ca25nada helped me with all the smoc stuff).

recent pad packs from r21 added.

speaking of which, after suggestions from people and thought over it, I've decided to merge both the community and individual pad sections into one category. the reason being is simply because the vast majority of pad packs assembled are in fact individual compilations—"community" pad packs are actually a minority in this case. so it only makes sense to group everything together since it's difficult for me and other people to distinguish between their respective categories.

Bad luck again, I'm telling you a quick message can make a hell of a difference for me time wise. This thread typically doesn't get many new posts so I don't check it all the time. If I happen to miss it in the recent list or something, I might not get to a link for a while.

Anyway that 3 volume thing was apparently one pack, and was absolutely huge. So large in fact, I had to upload it as a .rar file. It's the second largest pack on SMO lol.
