Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Let me clear this up.
Spirit resurrects. Gravekeeper prevents resurrection.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Spirit resurrects the Guardian, if that person dies, and Gravedigger prevents wolf resurrections? It would be difficult to pull off, but those are the ideal situations.
Fixed, since I can't go back and edit. |

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Once (or if) the seers reveals himself, I'm thinking the spirit and gravekeeper (if they want to ally with humans) should contact him, and sort out a plan of action between each other.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
If the spirt and the gravekeeper go to the same side It's virtually over for whatever team doesn't get them. Yeah, Have the seer come out, and just replicate last game.

Don't forget about the Guardian. Seer + Guardian is a crucial team.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Mentioned that. Once seer is revealed guardian for sure contacts him.
Once gravekeeper and/or spirit ally with the seer+guardian that's a possible 4 man alliance right there giving we humans an incredible advantage.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
hey guys, you forget that the spirit and the guardian can choose to help any side. They are both third party players. Don't easily trust that they will do such a thing.
Also, for the seer, you're going to be really ****ed up considering the 1/6 chance of having a failed seer due to the random person with the psychic aura. You may pick up the spirit (good thing for us, you know.. getting him to help us? instead of the wolves? because, you know, it's easier for him/her to help the wolves!) or the white miller. Chances are you'll pick either of them. 1/6 isn't that high at all and I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
I'd think it'd be easier to help the humans. The wolf shouldn't be as trusting, the spirit could easily just find the wolf and then stab him in the back, revealing him to everyone in the thread.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Only problem with having the seer come out is what if a wolf tries to pretend to be the seer? Guardian would go and trust the wolf, and we'd all be screwed.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Then the real seer comes out, we have two seers.
Lynch one, if the other isn't wolfed we lynch him too. One wolf down.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
First game, drew green. seems fitting.
The spirt is going to make things interesting.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
Since after that scenario we're down a seer, guardian has no one to guard, so the spirit reveals himself to the thread (if desired to be human) and guard guards him while all humans collaborate on who to revive (most likely the seer).

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
That works I suppose. I've been in games where that's happened, so it's better to lynch both, at least then you know you got at least one.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
So pick one and hope you get the seer, and not the wolf? Sounds rather dicey to me, but doesn't look like you'd have much of a choice in the matter.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
But how does the spirit know who is a wolf for sure? No wolf would instantly confirm himself to an unconfirmed spirit who might be a traitor.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
IMO, it'd be much harder to ally with a wolf. You'd be hard pressed to find a wolf in their right mind who'd come right out and admit their wolfishness.

Re: TWG LI: Dead Alive
I don't think we should be so trusting of the spirt anyway, couldn't the spirt just as easily side with the wolves?
