This tournament presents a new set of judgment rules on its participants in terms of division placement. Sprite- has brought to light the idea of looking at each and every individual user's abilities by studying their level ranks. So please expect a MUCH GREATER placement accuracy. But this only sets a face to the tournament. Yes, as the first, it's here to emulate the official tournament as closely as possible so here's what I'm gonna do.

First, let's talk prizes. In my 1st Unofficial FFR Tournament I set a record smashing prize of 2,800,000 total credits given out to the winners of the tournament. Well this time around I expect a MUCH GREATER deal of credits to give out, I just hope people show a generous side to their donations as I have given my spill to the community as most of you know. BUT! These credits are just half, or even a third of the prize pots. The REAL prize is cash AND subscriptions! Yes, that is correct... I'm giving away money AND subs all provided by yours truly Here are my current prizes.


Master's Division:
1st: $100 cash, 6 month subscription, X Credits
2nd: $50 cash, 3 month subscription, X Credits
3rd: $25 cash, 1month subscription, X Credits
4th: X Credits
5th: X Credits

Expert's Division:
1st in D4: $80 cash, 6 month subscription, X Credits
2nd in D4: $40 cash, 3 month subscription, X Credits
3rd in D4: $20 cash, 1month subscription, X Credits
4th in D4: X Credits
5th in D4: X Credits

Advanced Division:
1st in D3: $60 cash, 6 month subscription, X Credits
2nd in D3: $30 cash, 3 month subscription, X Credits

Intermediate's Division:
1st in D2: $40 cash, 6 month subscription, X Credits

Beginner's Division:
1st in D1: $20 cash, 6 month subscription, X Credits

Secondly, let's talk donations. This is short and brief but I NEED ALL OF YOUR HELP AS I ONLY HAVE 165,000 SOME CREDITS LEFT OF MY OWN TO GIVE AND THAT'S ALL I GOT! I need your help to acquire some serious donations for this tournament.

This tournament is to emulate the Official tournament standards as closely as possibly, surpassing them whereever possible. As normal, there will be a full week to play a song and get your best score on it. AAA's will be an automatic jump to the next round. In case of a tiebreaker, there will be a tiebreaker song set out before the round's end so that those in fear of being in a tiebreaker will have ample amounts of days to gain a score. An extra day will also be administered for the tiebreakers.

***How Tiebreakers work: If I feel there will be a tiebreaker amongst the players of a division, I will issue a tiebreaker song to allow everyone to play it through the round if need be.***

***I WILL ONLY ACCEPT SCORES THAT WERE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE ACCOUNT YOU SIGNED UP WITH! I WILL HOWEVER TAKE SCORES FROM YOUR ALT'S ONLY IF YOU TELL ME OF IT BEFOREHAND!***
(This makes things fair for everyone else and easier for me.)
***Every screenshot submitted MUST be of a score obtained AFTER the round began. Submitting a screenshot of a score that you got before the round will be grounds for disqualification. If I think you are cheating for ANY reason, I will disqualify you.***

(Several requirement standards and quotes were taken directly from the 3rd Official Tournament posts to better emulate it in this tournament. Big thanks to Sprite for all his help and for writing up everything being used in this tournament.)

I think it was more the fact that people were too good and caused the elimination judging to be a lot harsher :P

ALSO PEOPLE....

I lessened the rounds to 8. After round 4 the rounds will be 4 days long. This will make the tournament run faster. Plus, after round 4, the players that are left will be active enough to post scores within 4 days so that's why it's this way.
