What is going on with me?

So i realized recently that i started to trim down a bit, nothing to complain about there. The only thing is i havent really changed anything in my activities and my diet. If anything I have started to eat much worse and much less often. And yet Ive lost about 23lbs this month so far. bringing me from 240 down to 217. It seems like no matter how much i eat I am still hungry, did my metabolism kick up?

Well I guess if you're losing weight, you could see it as a good thing. But it's generally not that good in the long run.

No, it doesn't matter if he feels tired. He's lost 23 pounds in a month after eating worse food more sporadically. It's diabetes.

nah im tired, have enough energy to work a 10 hour overnight then go out for at least 8 hours afterwards.

I've had diabetes for four years and that wasn't the only symptom I had when i was first diagnosed

But mine wasn't type 2, it was type 1

I'd bet you 100$ that it's diabetes, either type, not something else.

you can't just base it off one symptom
other stuff for diabetes include:

Cuts or sores take a long time to heal
Blurred Vision
Itching skin
Excessive thirst
Frequent urination
Leg pain
Dry mouth
Weakness or fatigue
