Separation of pack threads and simfile threads

I've made a thread for discussion about the idea here, and the reaction seems to be pretty positive. Basically, the idea is to have two different forums for StepMania simfiles and StepMania simfile packs. The reason for wanting this is the fact that pack threads, most of which never even take off, clutter up space in the Simulator Files forum and are likely slowing down simfile production. It's getting hard to get attention called to a normal simfile thread. More details and explanations can be found in the thread linked to above.

I realize that, for whatever reason, creating a new forum is a big deal. I saw how long it took for the Literature forum to come into play. I also know this whole matter may sound trivial on the surface. Despite that, it really is having a large impact on the community, and it's certainly entirely negative. I ask for at least some thought to be put into this.
