They were permabanned 4 years ago. I think you're a little late to be trying to track them down.

He's a nice guy, I miss him. I know not everyone liked him but I don't know what he could have done to be perma ban

Well he's not THAT big of a problem to deserve perma ban. Clearly.
Edit: Hope that gets reversed and he's given a second chance.

he was obsessed with KtCatastrophic and _.Spitfire._ for some reason
made a thousand accounts with names like TristanCokKatySucks spamming people's profiles with some weird picture he had of Katy on his phone
harassed the hell out of those two the guy was a psycho but fun to talk to
