Same weight as yesterday... a good sign that I'm probably done losing water-weight. Now it's time to start burning shit. >

Do some HIIT sprints, those are sick for burning fat. It gets tough once you're doing really low carbs, but push through it.

Did legs today, got a double PR. Squats with 405x8, then lost the form so did front squats with 275x8. Pretty happy.

Got a pic for a "before" and after comparison. Right after day 2 of the insanity workout. Hope I notice something after all of this.

My new push routine - tearing up chest, tris and shoulders!

Barbell Bench Press: 180 lb x 3 sets

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 60 lb x 3 sets

Hammer Machine Press: 225 lb x 3 sets

Machine Flyes: 90 lb x 3 sets

Machine Shoulder (Military) Press: 125 lb x 3 sets

Machine Triceps pulldowns: 60 lb x 3 sets

If you can handle it, I would insert standard dumbbell shoulder press instead of machine but my tendinitis prevents me from doing it.

He lost a lot of water weight initially, as most people do when they go on a caloric deficit (glycogen depletion).

Since he has little if any more water weight to lose, subsequent losses will be fat.

He's gonna get all kindsss of losses. All kinds.

Leg press was broken today. Resorted to the squat. Even with my bad back, I did 16 205lb deep as **** squats. Not bad for 144lbs.

I weighed myself at the gym today and I was 145...**** the scale at my house.

I did 24 200lb squats. I was dying at the end of my workout. Probably the hardest workout this week. I loved it.

That's nuts man. Strangely, I don't feel it at all in my legs when I squat, just feels like my back is going to explode. I have problems in my lower back. I feel the burn more when I do leg press.

I have a bad knee, so sometimes I have to just do a really light leg workout. It was feeling great today though. I hope it stays that way. Hopefully I can get some nice rest in this weekend. I'm sore as hell from this week.

I'd probably die. That, or shit myself trying to get up...

I'll try pushing it up to 210 maybe, but we'll see how it all goes.

Lats and traps are the most sore of everything on my body right now. Tri's are close too.
