Lies!
I know you're waiting on them to release Snivy as a playable character. :P |

So is this the first step in the direction where they re-brand Mario Kart to Nintendo Kart?

Who knows?
All I know is that if they release new DLC packs regularly, I'll be a happy camper. Imagine: instead of having to wait 6 more years to get your Mario Kart fix, you only have to wait 6 months! |

the selling point here is that it's all of this for 12$. 16 tracks and a bunch of characters and cars for that (if you get both as a pair)

Some of the new tracks will take place in Zelda, Animal Crossing and F-Zero settings. @_@

Re: Link & Villager confirmed for Super Smash Kart 8!
how is this going to work online? will those who have the DLC be separated from those who don't have the DLC? or will non-DLC-owners be able to play the DLC tracks if at least one in the room has it and picks the tracks?

Consider it a demo. Want to play it whenever you want, and compete for Time Trials? Buy the DLC. |

Re: Link & Villager confirmed for Super Smash Kart 8!
At the end of one of them (forgot), Link says "I won!"
If only they actually did that... The only instance of Link talking in the canon games is when he screams "Come on!" in Wind Waker. Even then people raised an eyebrow. If they give him a couple lines in Mario Kart then I expect rage.
