I'd be extremely uncomfortable. I would get that extremely eerie stomach feeling of getting naj'd. Then like...I'd freak out and scream. I don't think I could handle that. Seeing a doppleganger is one of my worst irrational fears. A glitch in a reality would be what it would be really, which I would hate.

Also, tell him to move over / slide down so I could power up the other computer on my desk. Also, steal/take the good chair when he[i] gets up. There would probably be constant games and jokes played in order to have control over the good chair, but for the most part I don't see there to be any fighting over the computer or equipment.
