Default y shakin hands?

for some reason when i play a fast stream or js pattern my hands shake back and forth. they never used to do that!
It's making it nearly impossible to hit streams and im gettina little pissed

Sounds to me like you're straining your hands and really tense them up.
Basically, you're stressing yourself while playing harder stuff.
Try to relax a bit more, and start with hand stretching to ease the pain and get better hand-dexterity.

If you are feeling the same shakiness that I sometimes feel, it is a hormonal body reaction felt in times of doing very good at something. A shot of nervousness chased by adrenaline. Harness it. Be at one with it, because it's not exclusive to videogaming. It also happens when driving racecars, working, in performance, public speaking, and even when talking to ladies.

It's not nervous shaking. It's when i play fast files instead of my fingers going up and down with no other movements they shake (like a centameter) right to left.
