Well, at 60%, 2000 wins is like, 3300 games. At an average of 30 minutes a piece that's only 1670 hours or like 70 days of game play. Assuming you play 12 hours a day, you could pull that off in only 140 days.

Honestly though every game before level 30 is basically meaningless. You want at least 200+ games in normals after hitting level 30 before you try ranked and believe me this is for your own good more than anyone else's.

you can't say "don't play ranked if ur retarded" because honestly that's basically telling every player for playing a certain way makes them bad

some players get away with it (Rincent's Twitch or Mundo which he popularized Mundo jungle and now made it tourney worthy lol) but you shouldn't play ranked until you have strategies in mind, can work with your team, and overall not troll a game

you become less retarded through more games - that # varies from ppl to people but generally if u've played more normals, it's more likely you'll have learned game basics and map awareness, etc

this, also pre-30 games are entirely different from normals which are entirely different from ranked so you really gotta work your way up (believe me i tried to rush into ranked when i first hit 30 and my god was that agonizing)

Also, yeah I haven't touched ranked at all, I'm not comfortable enough mechanically. I've been 30 since about 150 wins, and I'm near 220 now, but i dont see myself playing ranked until ~350 with more learned roles and bought champs.

Just spent 40 minutes in a game where the entire enemy team dedicated themselves to shutting me down. I'm talking perpetual 5 man dives since level 6, two building thornmail and both the ap and ad carry focusing me at the start of every fight. I was an 0-1 twitch when this shit started cuz of a lag spike, somehow ended up even and lost anyway. So annoying. Also ranked is overrated and it's easy to get dragged by trolls or bads to an elo you don't belong in, then getting stuck in it through sheer bad luck. Sure, the enemy team has just as much of a chance of getting trolls and bads as yours does, but bad luck does happen, and quite frequently it seems. Especially since they take into account whether you're streaking wins or losses together. All it takes is one small losing streak to shatter your elo early on, and a much higher win streak is required to even it out.

Or maybe I just suck and normals do a poor job of reflecting it.
