Well, technically Tass won the Polymath tourney, he just refused the credit prize.

Anyway, runner-up in Devonin's Critical Thinking tournament, signing up. (Guess who won?)

Please don't copy too many of my things or tass's things. The banner thing was definitely mines, and the mental was from Tass' mental a long time ago (yeah how many posts archowl made HINT HINT HINT) loool

your tournament is already off....

for one, TT4 is an awful game... there is no "score" in TT4... you say "points are /10 for this game"... but WTF does that even mean? Are you talking total kills/10? Is there a cap on that?

That's really all minor... the major initial issue is what I assume is a cryptogram. You give us that the 1st 2 letters are H and I, which means the last letter in the puzzle is also an I. Now... there is not a single word in the english language that is 8 letters long, ends in I, and has the 1st 2 letters the same. Not to mention, the puzzle itself is extremely short in terms of being able to solve. As an avid cryptogram solver, I can tell you with 100% certainty that the longer a puzzle is, the easier it is. Short cryptograms are like playing darts blindfolded. Add on to it the lack of a common word for the one clue you did give... and it's all but hopeless to solve.

Beyond that, you didn't list the point value for it.

edit: ninja'd by Jon, apparently. but I second his sentiments... make your tournament original; don't steal large concepts from other people.

But the thing for puzzle the whole thing is scrambled throught the whole thing. and will lead you to where the point location is at
