Except this is all false. Ricky personally sent me a PM demanding we remove his songs from the game:

Like I said- I only heard his side. It does not surprise me to hear it was not "accidentally" removed.
He mentioned having some sort of disagreement with Synth related to the bands and labels he was in contact with; this is mentioned in those PMs so goes along with his story. I don't know the specifics and to be honest it's not important anymore.

I have my proof he's given us permission again and that's what counts.
