I think the stipulation of this pack was to restep something of your own that has been publicly released, whether it be a StepMania release, or a chart that's in something like FFR, ThirdStyle, Keybeat, etc.

I don't have any file that's been publicly released, at least on FFR or in other well known packs. I've released 3 files on the Stepmania.com website but would that count?
