FFR Spyware
So I clicked one of the FFR forum navigation links and got this today:
I am on a lab computer in school that gets re-imaged every shutdown via Deep Freeze and I'm the first one to use it this morning, so don't give me crap about "it's just your computer". discuss |

Re: FFR Spyware
Sad for Staff here who need some profit out of the ads but better uses Adblock Plus plug-in from Firefox to avoid that stuff until they do something about it. *it also helps reduce lag in The Game thanks to some ads*

Disucss? Eh...
I have to keep deleting my own account on my computer because of this spyware error. Seems like Synthlight needs to handle this.

Re: FFR Spyware
Get the NoScript add on for Firefox and only enable flashflashrevolution.com, and none of the external sites. Never had a single ad on this site, I'm beginning to wonder how horrible it really is lol.
@Trajik, he's talking about the 55 processes in task manager. |

Re: FFR Spyware
GUESS WHAT GUYS.
I installed adblock plus to prevent annoying pop-ups from appearing on this site. AND GUESS WHAT GUYS. I got redirected to a site that infected my laptop with a Trojan. ****ing awesome.

Re: FFR Spyware
The Pup-up is fake, it's an advertisement for their spyware ****, you don't actualy have spyware. Don't know why you included a pic of your processes . . .

Re: FFR Spyware
If you get redirected, close the process itself. Don't click on any buttons because boom, you just infected yourself. I've gotten redirected when I didn't have a sub and I'm not infected. Hell--I wasn't running any AV for about a year until I got Kaspersky 2010, which told me that I didn't even have anything worth worrying about other than some minor program vulnerabilties.
