When is next submission date? What is a "batch"?

What exactly is a "batch"? I have a simfile that I would like to send in but I don't know when

someone help me out a bit? Tell me when the next round of songs is? Do I send my song in now?

A "batch" is a bundle of files to be judged. Basically "a batch of files" but we're lazy so it's just a batch.

The next batch won't be open for a little while because we have a lot in queue (in line basically) ready to be put in game.

Don't send your song in now because, as per the rules set in this thread, it will be ignored since the batch is currently closed.

Read the first post of that thread and it should be able to answer any more questions you have :]

In all likelihood the next batch wont open for quite a while after judging has finished, as the queue is quite saturated with files at the moment. Just check the Queue/Batch Discussion thread every once in a while to see if the batch has opened.

Just do what I did and make friends with all the judgesand your file will being 100% of the time sometimes without sending it to the hatch

Is there an estimated date for the next batch? Hopefully before Christmas (Got two songs that would be perfect for December)

A batch as defined by wc: a bundle of files that will be rejected by wc
