Its a desperate war between the Chicago Outfit, a notorious gang from Chicago, and The untouchables, a special gang busting squad led by Eliot Ness

3 Mafia:
Al Capone: Leader of the Chicago Outfit, Al Capone has a good public image due to various charities, like his soup kitchen. He returns green to the seer for the first 3 nights of the game.

Frank Gallucio: An expert assassin who finds out all he can about whoever he kills. This person finds the color of whoever got killed that night.

Jack Mcgurn: Wolf

3 Special Untouchables
Eliot Ness: Leader of the untouchables, and a first class investigator, he can find out whether someone is a member of Capone's gang each night.

Samuel Seager: A professional bodyguard hired by Ness to prevent the Outfit from killing all the untouchables. Each night they can protect someone from dying.

Jim Seeley: A coroner hired by Ness for the purpose of finding out if someone was a mafia member or not. Because autopsys are long, they receive their results one full day after the persons death.

PS: Frank Gallucio finds the exact role of the person he kills, while Jim Seeley finds color only. Seeley will see the color of the person when they died, so if Al Capone is lynched d2, he will come up green to Seeley. (at the end of d3) if he is lynched d3, he will come up red (on d4)

tl;dr version: Vash wants people to give a reason why they won't be able to make a proper vote if they safety. I suppose the opposite would also apply: if someone doesn't vote, but is discussing stuff and being active, not give them a phantom.

As long as make a contribution, your fine. Putting out suspicious convos, disagreeing with someone (with reasons, not just saying "you are rong, lulz") something that shows you care about the game.
