Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
Lol, when you sent in that PM to kill Manti was really shocked. I was like "wait wut" but did it anyway. Actually, all your PM's made me laugh. They were all like "kill this bitch then they're all screwed" and I rofld.

Oh, and I wasn't so surprised that Manti was killed before Megamon, but I was surprised that Xception was killed before either of them. It just didn't make much sense to me.

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
I was definitely MVP with my amazing guarding.
Also, your stories were give-aways. In the guardian post, he had dual katanas and in your previous story, I did too. One could have inferred that I was the guardian. That was also how I confirmed that Kirth was a human. A wolf wouldn't be sleeping during the night, lmao. |

Because he felt like he screwed over hoochan a telling lito when he thought lito was the real seer, that hoochan was the guard. The next night hoochan dies. I figure if the wolves yes smart they could put the two together.

Player Analysis
1. Heavy - you didn't get much time to play, so I don't have much to say. And recommending you for TWG or not seems pointless as you've been playing for a year sc979 - your defense wasn't too great. You could've put a little more effort into defending yourself and less into trying to pole holes he the phantom. You still lasted a while and did pretty good. I hope you'll be more active next game Myst1278 - I expected more from you. Your defense really sucked, dude. I wish you'd contributed more to the game. Better luck next time Xception704 - Again, I was impressed. You did things I personally wouldn't have like coming out in the thread, but you lasted a good chunk of time. Also, congratulations on whatever you guys did to get the wolves to waste their kill. Nice job The next 4 in my next post. |

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
I think both your mvp and lvp bear little resemblance to what they should be. I think we all know who to peg LVP on (<3)
As for Kekeb as MVP I actually don't think much of his investigation into wolves was very useful at all. I think that the entire game hinged solely on Lito outing both he and myself as wolves, and you giving the psychic information sooner than the rules say he should have got it. As for Manti being killed before Mega, yes Mega seemed to have no clue whatsoever who the last wolf was to try and seer them and suspicion was on a number of other people, so leaving him alive one more day was not a risk at all compared to Manti's general skill at the game. As for Xception being killed before Mega, we were under the misapprehension that the psychic would actually be treated like the rules said. There was still enough doubt about whether I was for sure for sure a wolf that it was worth doing to kill the psychic after I was lynched to make it so nobody knew for sure, to say nothing for the fact that there were two wolves alive at the time, and no psychic was still worth doing. And then suddenly poof, Xception's in the thread telling everyone I was a wolf despite being dead before the report was supposed to go out, and as far as I know, the PM had already been sent in to kill xception and I suppose that Jugglin or Sully didn't see the post in time to change to someone else. Need one of them to confirm that since, you know, being dead at the time I didn't so much have anything to do with the plan beyond the contingencies we'd already discussed when I was alive. Also, you're missing a poll option. More other also, just direct that warning straight at me since it's patently obvious who "more than others" you were directing it to. |

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
I hate how both Lito and Dev didn't want to go along with my plan. It would have been INGENIOUS >_> >_< <_<

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
Having already committed to Lito's plan, we pretty much had to stick it out. Whether that was a good idea or not is a seperate question entirely, but Lito outing two wolves at once certainly didn't help.

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
Christ, devonin, stop questioning me. Look, like I said, there's a reason you're playing in the junior game. I guess you'd like me to explain the ENTIRE psychic readings again? Fine. (This is all hypothetical because I forgot the real time frames)
day one: you die Night two: psychic gets reading saying you were a wolf day 2: psychic dies OR day one: you die end of day one: psychic its reading that you were a wolf night 2: psychic is killed end of night 2: psychic gets no reading What you're trying to do is put the two together which doesn't work. |

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
How about this:
Day one: I'm lynched Night one: psychic dies End of night one: reports go out, but psychic is dead so no reading Sounds exactly like what -many- long-term TWG veterans have confirmed to me is the way psychics work. So I suppose they could all be wrong. |

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
OK! TRY AND GET IT THIS TIME: I GIVE THE PSYCHIC REPORTS AFTER EVERY DEATH. DOES THAT HELP YOU? You need to see it from the perspective of time also. If I give the readings to everyone before I publically end the night then the wolves could change their kill right after I send everything and the game is ****ed.

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
My point is that the rules say that reports are given out at the -end- of the night phase, and thus it was relevant to us to kill the psychic to protect the mystery of whether I was a wolf or not in addition to helping protect the remaining two wolves.
Had you said that you were modifying the rules to give the reports directly following every death, it would have impacted our strategy. Quote:

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
That's the readings of a typical psychic. But DrKirth, Megamon, kekeb, Bynary, and others all PMd me and asked how I gave the readings. If you had questions you should have asked then instead of trying to find an argument with me now.

Re: jTWG XLIV: POST GAME!
Instead of assuming that someone who has hosted before would -tell- us if he were changing from an established rule? Seems to me that reports going out at the end of the night is supposed to be the standard and we'd be told at the start of the game if you were modifying any rules.
I know better now I guess. I'll have to ask every host to individually confirm every rule to make sure they aren't modifying it. |
