not referring to boots (deathcap etc) but on that note with the rescaling of movement speed early boots aren't nearly as important anymore (null magic 2pots newmidmeta)

boots will still be better than an extra third tier item on in almost every situation though especially with the third tier of upgrades for them

What do you guys think of Statikk Shiv? I tried building it instead of a PD on Vayne since PD feels so underwhelming now. It was much stronger.

Something like boots -> BT -> SS -> QSS/GA (QSS even has a nice upgrade now if you're thinking endgame) -> Whatever seems pretty viable now. Hmm? Is BT necessary on most ADs now that life steal has been nerfed into oblivion?
