How are the winners determined exactly? I can't seem to find anything in the OP regarding how points are calculated. Is each task either "you do it or you don't" or do you get points depending on the "quality" of each task?

Yes, anything that isn't indicated as a question you can do publicly. The earlier you complete a certain task the better.

The judge panel consisting of 4 users total (including me) determines the winner at the end of the 4th round. It depends on how many tasks are completed each round and the quality of completion for each task (e.g. not reading in a monotone voice). Being creative here is also important for the tasks that aren't questions with certain answers.

A hint I'll give for this round's questions is that you can find everything on this site except for one:

* - Back in the day before omgdidinsane's (ODI) forums were upgraded in 2009, a screen of smiley faces would appear with a toilet bowl in the center of the screen with floating text saying you were banned. What song played on this screen? (Hint: Look in Rebound Dump Collection Megapack)

Good work so far! I should clarify about submissions since I can see this being a potential problem later.

For questions, you will need to send answers to all questions by the end of the round in a text file over some messenger (e.g. Skype) or answers in a private message, not one by one. If you happen to find an answer that's great, but wait until you have answered as many as possible and then submit all your answers before the end of the round.

For pictures, videos, and audio, since these files can be big or there are several of them they should be put in a zip file or uploaded online (e.g. mediafire, dropbox, whatever). Do not transfer huge files over skype or other instant messengers.

I was messaged on Skype about the lame joke task and this is also acceptable. However when it comes to big files or several files, it's better to upload them.
