And its not importing my ME2 save, so I'm not playing until it gets fixed.

Re: Mass Effect 3
That's unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear it.
I had to play ME1 again (and by again, I mean 45 hours to start from beginning and go through to insanity) because ME2 wasn't accepting my file. ME3 is worth the hassle. |

Re: Mass Effect 3
Played for like 6 hours today. Got to level 40 (imported ME2 lvl 30). Lots of good stuff and great story so far. Nothing disappointing. Let's keep this spoiler free, shall we?

I'll agree. No spoilers, please. If you'd like to post something non-story specific use spoiler tags.
Or if you just wana say how much fun you had listening to the Shep VI at the Citadel... "Do I really talk like that?" |

Re: Mass Effect 3
Ugh, i wish my internet wasn't so slow. I shall be playing this tomorrow i suppose. I guess we can keep spoilers in the spoiler tags.
In the mean time, going to finish my ME2 File so i have something to import.

^ use that to grab the ideal save. There's a TON of them. <- boycotting EA, cause they're the worst game company ever, those ****ing extortionists... I have pirated the game though, and I'm not ashamed to say it, because EA does not deserve my money. |

Re: Mass Effect 3
Thank you for the information, but I can't do it.
There may be a ton of saves for the PC/360 but I have MY SAVE on MY 360 and I can't continue MY story. In a series where its all about the choices you make and the character you create, I shouldn't have to download someone elses work. I also understand that there are only so many options/decisions to make, and only so many endings/outcomes to see; its the feeling that someone else made those decisions for me is whats turning me off of it. That and I don't feel like modding anything. Turns out a bunch of people are having those problems: The BioWare thread for incorrect/unavailable imports

Re: Mass Effect 3
Thankfully i didn't have any issue with saves transferring. About 2 hours into the game now. The combat is a little more interesting, at least that's one positive thing i can say about it. I'm glad they brought back some of the customization that was taken out of ME2, but I'm kind of mixed on the plot so far. Wont go into details but I'm just hoping it gets better from here.

Re: Mass Effect 3
The first 2 hours, i.e. the demo part, or the intro, w/e you want to call it, was total trash. That's my opinion. It gets a LOT better as you go along. I'm REALLY enjoying the game, and this is from someone who was really skeptical about it after all of the bad choices I saw right as I started the game.
I just finished the big krogan mission, and HOLY SHIT IT WAS THE BEST MISSION OF ANY GAME IN THE SERIES SO FAR. Holy shit that mission was crazy intense. I loved it. The game could've ended right there and I would've been satisfied. After doing that mission, I'm just really excited to see what else they have planned for us. |

Re: Mass Effect 3
If you're playing on 360, make sure your ME2 save isn't on Cloud, it can't import it from Cloud. Just move it from Cloud to your harddrive or something and it should work perfectly fine.
Btw, 12 hours in and this game is ****ing amazing. |

About 10 hours into the game now. I'm still pretty conflicted on a lot of story/character related content.

Re: Mass Effect 3
I kept everyone alive from ME2, the only person that died during ME1 and ME1 was Kaidan on Virmire. Disappointed that I can really play today, maybe an hour or two, but I'm expecting to do at least 3 playthroughs on this game. I heard it was around 40 hours long.

Re: Mass Effect 3
I'm about 17 hours in and feel as if I've just passed the half-way mark. Doing everything I possibly can in the first playthrough. Besides a few cut-scenes that were...well, pretty gay (literally) I haven't been able to peel myself away from playing.
