I am worried about my hand lol, that's why i'm not playing. if it gets better soon ill try playing easy songs to see if that irritates it. and yea i wish i could take a break from work but its just me and my boss and we have a huge display show coming up so he'd be screwed if i wasn't there to help :/ just gotta take it easy one day at a time.

I actually agree with Popadopalis over here. That is NOT the way shit goes down here on FFR Lol you don't get BS calls and simply walk away without proof. LOL

Listen bud, I've done Masonry/Carpentry/Electrical work before. Helped build a 72 apartment building complex from the foundation up. I know all about this lol the only possible way for you to develop CTS from lifting that shit is if you're lifting wrong. WHICH, in turn means you should quit your ****ing job lulz.

All your hands are doing is providing support from which your legs should be muscling the rest, unless you're trying to be some powerhouse MMA fighter and want to lift with just your arms lol THAT or your wrists are just ****ing weak lol PLUS, I don't know how you could obtain CTS from only a week working with that job and all of a sudden get it... I mean you have over 20 Bil GT here on FFR, obviously from all the "mashing" you did, that probably required more wrist work then whatever it is you say you're doing.

Come the **** on lol

You know what? If I'm going to receive constant dreck like this, then I won't post in this thread anymore. This type of attitude that's been put on to me from the community has been happening for over 4 years.

In before more superiority complex posts, popcorn, lol dossar comments, or somehow flawed argument crap - I'll admit I can be wrong, but I did make that point earlier and it's irritating to distort the meaning

Dude, it's the simple point, stop ****ing comparing people to YOU. Compare them to someone else. You are not god, and no you don't know everything. jesus man, you "try" to be all over the place with this typical nonsense of yours. Who gives a flying ****!

i asked Velocity if multiplayer level boosting (aka cheating as in subin's screenshot) was against the rules, and according to him and the other staff, it's not.

so i doubt ARROW UP's mp stats will be wiped

If ARROW UP boosted his level then according to the MP rules thread, he cheated. (Don't know what other rules were being referred to by those who told you it wasn't considered cheating.)

It definitely used to be against the rules - AOD_Element had his MP level reset multiple times for boosting on his own alternate account, as well as disconnecting against people when he was losing (or about to lose) in an MP match.

Granted, that was the rule quite a while back, but it's definitely something that should still be enforced.

EDIT: Razor - you of all people should remember that: remember when he was tooting his horn with his so called legitimate level 30 MP? I wanted to pry it out of his hands so badly but he would never play against me (and with good reason).

EDIT #2: I just realized - what happened to TK_Hero? He had a level 29 MP on his account. I know there was speculation as to that being partially obtained through the old leveling system, but I'm a bit surprised to not see him up there.

He's still a level 29, the board just shows active mp players.

I quit in the middle of a song against someone I thought was a level 18 while I was level 27 and lost a couple MP levels oops (the other guy was really like level 19 but the level didn't update in the chat).

Default Re: Suspicious Scores thread (Formerly Hacked Scores)

I took the liberty of analyzing a few RATO replays: Rubix's AAA, Mina's AAA, and Dossar's 23-0-2-3. These were all games that were supposedly legitimate.

Wall of FFR detective text with a cool image:

These 7 numbers are the number of times a note was hit in that frame, going from earliest frame (average) to latest frame (late good). The three bolded frames are the perfects.
MrRubix's RATO AAA: 0,0,583,789,227,0,0
MinaciousGrace's RATO AAA: 0,0,26,873,701,0,0
Dossar's RATO 23-0-2-3: 0,10,367,1013,195,12,1

What do we see just from these numbers? I notice some things:
- Rubix's accuracy is all over the place. If this was a legit run (it's not, I'll explain why later) he would have had to be incredibly lucky to not get tons of goods.
- Mina's accuracy is very heavily concentrated (98.4%) on the mid and late perfect frames. That is he is not only AAAing this song, but basically getting pretty nice "MA" on it. In addition, the large number of late-perfect hits mean he would have also had to be incredibly lucky to not get tons of goods.
- Dossar's accuracy is more in the middle perfect frame, with substantial numbers of hits on each of the other frames. So this suggests he's aiming for the middle frame but having trouble hitting it. The numbers don't drop off suddenly, so there is no insane luck here.

I also looked at the replays themselves, in terms of how these frames are distributed (that is: where is someone getting their perfect frames? and how do they hit patterns). I made a replay program that would show the replay next to the actual FFR song, with each replay hit colored by the accuracy. Also, I added an option to highlight (in blue) notes which were hit on the middle perfect frame.

- Rubix's replay is just hilarious. There are five places where he hits a 0-frame jack in the replay (getting perfects on two different notes of course) and many bursts are hit as bizarre two-frame-interval gluts that bear little resemblance to the actual thing. This includes stuff like 16th streams and 32nd rolls. In fact, the vast majority of the notes are hit on an odd-numbered frame. This doesn't resemble a human playing style at all.

- Mina's replay looked reasonable at first. However, when I added a feature that highlighted which notes were in the middle perfect frame, I began to see a really weird pattern. There are parts of the song in which almost all of the hits are on the mid perfect frame, and other parts of the song in which almost all of the hits are on the late perfect frame. That kind of accuracy and inconsistency is really weird for a human player, because human players can't deliberately hit a particular frame on a song this difficult.

- Dossar's replay is very much different from Mina's with the note highlighting. He hit about 63% of the notes on the middle perfect frame, and throughout the whole replay, consistently, about 2/3 of the notes are highlighted. There are random fluctuations, but overall, this is what you'd expect from a human player who is trying to hit the middle perfect frame.

tl;dr:
- Rubix's replay is definitely BS. I'm 100% sure of this.
- Mina's replay is almost certainly BS. It just doesn't make sense from the perspective of a human player.
- Dossar's replay makes sense and suggests a strong human player. It's pretty clear he's legitimate, and he has one of the best RATO scores ever recorded (legit or not) so he makes a good control.
