TWG Turbo I: CHARU WINS WOWEE Signups

Aite so lets talk about turbos.
They're fast

Setup:
9 players
6 Vanilla Town
2 Vanilla Wolves
1 Seer (random greencheck at the start of the game)

30 minute day phases always unless an insta occurs.
15 minute night phases always, these will never end early.
Daystart
Instalynch is off until 5 or fewer players are alive (normally they're always on but I figure since its the first time and its really easy to accidentally insta when there's 18 trillion posts a minute I'll leave them off)
phantoms are off
full cardflips (role and alignment)
seer starts the game with a random seering on a townsperson. This is, to be clear, always a fellow townsperson.
wolves must always submit a kill, if none is received then it is randomed amongt all town players
similarly, town must always lynch. If no votes are cast (lol) then its the biggest KitB you've ever seen.

Wolves may only talk with one another during the night ONLY and, of course, they know their partner. The wolves may use whatever they want to communicate outside of the thread. All other OOTC is not allowed.
Normal TWG rules apply, barring death posts, which are off.

Other (important) shit:
Posting at the deadline is ALWAYS A MODKILL I WILL NOT HESITATE THIS TIME. You had plenty (hehu) of time to post whatever it is you needed to. The server time is clearly visible. DON'T POST AFTER THE DEADLINE IS UP.
I will (try) to post a vc every 5 minutes the first phase, then every 10 minutes after. Do not ask for votecounts if I am doing this I will never post them more often than this. If I'm not doing this then yell at me until I cry.
If the game is lylo (mylo is impossible in this setup) then all votes cast during that phase CANNOT be changed. Be careful!
Death posts are ALWAYS off.
All role actions sent to me are final. Normally, this is never the case but I need to be fast. Once the seer has sent their check or the wolves have sent their kill, it cannot be changed. Again, be careful and make sure you're sure.
I will accept role actions in the form of Skype PMs. Turbos are probably the only time I will do this.

Helpful hint:
The best strategy is for all players to pretend like they are the seer.
