If you're paying with another currency it will not be $20, but will be either higher or lower depending on where you are.

should probably check conversion rates from google using the tender to tender amount (ex. 20.00 CAD to USD for canadian dollar to united states dollar) or check paypal's conversion rates because I do believe they have a cost on conversion as well.
