New D7 song is System Doctor. I don't know where the cap should be because there's a pretty big gap between OWA and Walrus. If I keep it here then OWA will destroy everyone, but if I raise it Walrus doesn't have a chance.

The difficulty disparity between divisions is good for the most part except for D7 imo
