Yes. But you do not need to place first every round. Just having the highest total tournament points score and cumulative score is enough.

I'm going to be moving tomorrow. I should have internet at my new place, but I'm not 100% sure. There is a small chance my submission for the next round is late. Could I get an extension for a few days? I'll probably not need it, but just in case.

If the framers work out nicely, the boo count might be from quadding all the anchors and just picking up boos. Reminds me of my sdg on planetz with over 30 boos because I can't legitimately do the one-handed anchors (I had to jumpjack all of them xD)

Lol that's exactly what I've been doing on Freefall... When it gets to that last section with tons of quads and hands alternating I just quad mash it. :P I still don't understand how to do anchors well.

Do what works. Anchors that are very dense/faster than you can read, simply taking a boo or twelve instead of missing is often the better method.
People laugh at this kind of intelligent mashing, but I suppose you get to be the one laughing when you win the round

Yes that is fine, but you should submit a 3rd round score too.
You will get a very small late penalty but that's better than zero for that round lol
