Imo, theres two skill levels, your playing skill level and your AAA level.. key is to get them approx. equal - I'd consider something you can play as something you can FC or get close to FCing with 0-low boos and low goods, obviously your AAA level will be lower.. just because you can play level 60s and get like 20 goods, doesn't mean you can AAA them.. realistically you could only AAA things that are lower, level 48-52 or so.

If you want to improve, the best way imo is to play the songs that you can get low misses and boos on that are hard.. for example, I see your score:

Level 64, 83 goods, but low misses and boos, which means you can read it but its pretty fast for you, which means you should focus on trying to lower the amount of goods on it (this'll improve your speed) etc.
