[Concluded] Clasko Hearthstone Cup #3

I'm hosting a bi-monthly tournament, The Clasko Hearthstone Cup - every other Thursday. From what i hear, everyone is sick of ladder. Im looking to generate more interest in hearthstone and encourage friendly competition. Many players have PM'ed me saying they want in, so this is headed in the right direction.

I doing this primary for the FFR community and will not be advertising this anywhere else.

Prize: 7 packs to the winner (paid by me, via paypal)
When: Thursday May 29th @ 8pm cst/servertime.
Check-In: 8-9pm, you are required to contact me in some way.
Players: 4-16, will be adjusted for size.

Format: Standard, Best of 5. Winner of a round must play the same deck. Losing a round means you can not play that class for the remainder of the match. Editing decks is not allowed between rounds. Im going to say everyone must use only 3 decks(3 different classes), constructed before the event starts.

Clearing up confusion for the bracket: The bracket is already posted, i will add players as i receive PM's. I will put the players name on the bracket, and only add the battle once they have "checked in". At the start time, the bracket will be shuffled and away we go. Easy way to tell if the bracket has been shuffled? If im the number 1 seed then its not shuffled yet.

Sweet, this is the day after my birthday haha. I'm in Time to make some decks and re-learn what's going on with the meta-game these days. Haven't logged in in months.

Oh o.o I thought you could only have three for some reason. Are there more specific rules somewhere?

I wasnt limiting it to 3 decks in total. You only need 3 to compete with.
You play deck A(mage)
Win = Must play deck A(mage) again, etc.
Lose = You can no longer play that class against that opponent.

3 decks, 3 different classes. You can have more decks if you choose.

I might prefer only 3 decks though. If you can have 9 decks then you can basically have a response to anything you want.
or 5 decks or something

I am not sure I understand that correctly. Which one of these is it:

A) I have to make and choose three decks before the tournament and can only play those 3 decks.

B) I can play any deck at any time. For example, playing decks A, B and C in the first round and playing decks A, D and E in the second.

C) I can only play three different decks during the tournament, but I can choose which one I play in the middle of the tournament.

Also, do you have to always play the same deck first?

A) maybe i should just limit it to 3 decks in total, made before the event starts. This has been a work in progress for a while now.

B) The last one i happened to only play the same 3 decks.

C) I dont think you should, you can choose what ever opener deck you feel like.

With this, im going to say everyone must use the same 3 decks, constructed before the event starts.
