Taking time off from lifting (so my wrist could heal) has sucked.

or alternatively:

shoulders/chest/tricep, back/legs/arms/abs, rest

I don't like PPL because separating legs into its own category is unnecessary and because some of the useful compounds that train legs also train abs and arms (deadlifts, e.g.) and some of the compounds that train legs also train back and abs (squat)

each workout is about 2 hours and I've tweaked volume to make sure I'm fully recovered by the time I work that muscle group again

I want huge legs though. So I have my own leg day. I go about 6 times a week.


I wish I was saying more progress than I am. Damn caloric deficit =[ i just want to be sexy!
