well I hate doing it because I play so much stepmania it takes forever to resize each one.

well, only resize the ones u post. half of mine i dont resize because i dont post them. and when i'm about to post a bunch, i just resize all the ones i'm gonna post at once and then post them. not much time is wasted with the resizing, and even if it did take long, it's just being curteous to ur fellow board members.

So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =( In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz. So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright. And I write the blog for their website. Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O |

If you have windows XP with the TweakUI PowerToys addon you can resize images by right clicking and selecting one. The choices are the same as the screen size for desktops. 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, or go custom.
TweakUI rules. Someone else said that the screen size is the size of the picture anyway. What about the guy whose desktop is 1600x1200? And what if you are running stupidly on a 640x480? It's going to fit, right? 1152x864 rules the screen sizes. ~Squeek |

Nima: I sent you the resizer tool for XP.. it takes a half of a second to right click/resize....

some people connect from school or other public comps that seem to always be at annoyingly low resolutions.
also, even at higher resolutions, even low res screens can stretch the page because of the bar of blank space and our avatars over there to the left. i think people forget about those sometimes....
