Personally I use this skin, I like it because the notes are a bit smaller than the regular arrow skin o_O

the goofball who made it reversed the down and up arrow though, and now that i mentioned it maybe you might notice it perhaps ;o

Nah look at the receptors lol, its left up down right, should be left down up right, regardless of scroll direction

You can just switch the images of the arrow for downscroll. Easy fix.

Right, but iirc osu! mirrors stuff instead of just moving it up because I dunno why. I recall having to flip up and down and adjusting the receptor location a bit when turning upscroll skins into downscroll.

Also mfw I almost posted this all in Cyrillic X).
