My 4 T1s into two T2s
Any 4 of the T2s into two T3s
The two T3s into a T4
The two T4s into a T5

Doesn't matter to me which of the T1s are fused with eachother, same with the T2s.

Ok, this has got to be by far the best poem I've seen in this whole challenge!!
