D2/3/4/5 all got a 5/100 jump to coincide with the areas that the bns songs fell. D1/6 will always be a bit different, and giving the 'technically' hardest song ingame aside from RATO and DP in round 7 just sounded silly to me.

If anyone cares at all about the difficulty spacing, feel free to pm me. Or I can be nice and transparent and post it up here. But basically D2/3/4/5 went from a 61-66/69-74/74-80/82-87 for this round.

The tournament was always based on consistency, not massive jumps each round as some may have noticed. D5ers complaining that songs weren't hard enough yet, etc. But at the end it will come down to your overall consistency across a broad spectrum of different types of files.
Next round will see these 4 divisions getting songs at the same or lesser difficulty by rating, but overall the bns round was in here to throw a bit of a curveball. These songs are a part of the game after all.

Oh, and remember to have fun. This is a free to play game with credit prizes. Not a ****-flinging flame-war of arrowmashing and tongue-lashing...

I'm actually better at the blue note version rather than the colored version of RAT. Plus, I know the piece in my head and how it's supposed to go with the notes, so when I turn the sound off, I play it in my head just the way the notes go and it's a lot easier for me ^__^

Using Legacy songs in a tournament is kinda messed up.

I had to bust my ass to keep up and move ahead in this tourney and now I'm going to get screwed on this round and probably end up last not even worth it for me to play. My RECENT best on this is 31/4/0/15

I can't do songs with backgrounds at all which is why a ton of 6s aren't aaad for me because I can't do it. It gives me a massive headache to try. I'm not going to put myself through that to try to get a score for a tourney on ffr it's not worth it so go ahead and say quitters suck I really don't care I'm not going to hurt myself trying.
